Description
Complete technical development of a new office building in Asturias delivered between 2000 and 2001. The project covered the execution documentation, construction direction on site, final works certification and the administrative closure required to put the building into service. Architecture was approached as a long-term workplace platform: efficient floor plates, clear circulation cores, robust envelope detailing for the Cantabrian climate, and flexibility to accommodate evolving organisational layouts. Site supervision focused on construction quality, structural execution, dimensional control and coordination between the contractor and the technical installations. The work consolidated Locle Studio's experience delivering corporate buildings under full technical responsibility — from drawings to handover — in northern Spain.
