Description
Technical development of an industrial intervention in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara), in the central Spanish logistics corridor. The scope combined the activity project (Proyecto de Actividad) required for industrial licensing under the Castilla-La Mancha framework, the execution project for construction works, on-site direction and the supporting technical documentation. Licensing work addressed industrial-classification, environmental, acoustic and fire-safety requirements; the execution project covered architecture, civil works and the construction details required to build the intervention; and site direction enforced compliance during execution. The project illustrates the practice's ability to manage industrial commissions in Spain's central logistics belt under a unified technical responsibility — from licensing application to on-site supervision.
