Industrial Architecture and Tank Calculation Works

Combined architecture and engineering services for an industrial facility in Villaverde (Madrid). The commission integrated architectural design, structural calculation of an industrial storage tank, final works certification (Certificado Final de Obra) and support for the registration of the industrial activity before the regional authority. The dual scope — architecture plus tank calculation — enabled a single team to optimise the relationship between the building envelope, internal layout and process equipment, avoiding fragmented coordination between disciplines. Documentation was developed in line with the applicable Spanish technical building code (CTE) and industrial-equipment regulations. The project illustrates how an integrated technical office can compress timelines and reduce risk on industrial commissions that combine architecture and process infrastructure.
