Cryogenic Nitrogen Storage Project

Technical project for a cryogenic nitrogen storage installation in Puertollano (Ciudad Real), at the heart of Spain's industrial belt. The package combined the technical project, execution-level documentation, the specific file required under the Spanish pressure-equipment regulation (Reglamento de Equipos a Presión) and the administrative support needed to register the installation before the regional industrial authority. Cryogenic constraints — material compatibility, insulation, safety distances, venting and emergency-relief sizing — were embedded in the documentation. The intervention illustrates the practice's full-cycle delivery model for industrial-gas installations, where civil works, equipment documentation and regulatory legalisation are coordinated by a single team to compress timelines and reduce client risk.
