Construction waste management study

Description

Technical waste-management study (Estudio de Gestión de Residuos de Construcción y Demolición) prepared as part of the regulatory documentation required for a construction project in Madrid under Spanish environmental legislation (Real Decreto 105/2008). The study quantified expected demolition and construction waste by code (LER/EWC), defined on-site segregation strategy, established traceability and authorised-manager flows and embedded the waste plan into the project's construction sequence. Where feasible, reuse and recycling routes were prioritised to reduce environmental impact and disposal costs. The deliverable is part of Locle Studio's broader technical-documentation practice supporting clients with the regulatory and environmental compliance required by Spanish construction projects.
