Description

Technical support for an industrial intervention in Pinto (south of Madrid) developed between 2008 and 2009. The commission covered preliminary feasibility analysis, technical direction during execution, issue of the final works certificate (Certificado Final de Obra) and health & safety coordination across the construction phase. Working alongside the contractor, the practice handled day-to-day technical decisions, dimensional and quality control, regulatory verification and coordination of subcontractors operating in parallel on the active site. The scope is representative of the practice's role as a long-term technical partner on industrial commissions, where engineering responsibility, on-site presence and regulatory documentation are delivered as a single coordinated service.
