Description
Architectural and technical development of an industrial complex in Villaverde (Madrid). The commission combined basic and execution project documentation, site direction during construction, preparation of the building book (Libro del Edificio) required under Spanish technical building regulations and technical inspection support during commissioning. Architecture organised the complex into functional sectors with consistent envelope language, while structural and MEP documentation supported the process and storage activities housed inside. The building book consolidated drawings, certificates and maintenance criteria for the owner's long-term use of the facility. The project illustrates the practice's full-cycle role on industrial commissions — from design through to documented handover for operations and maintenance.
