Description
Civil works documentation for the extension of a hydrogen compression and bottling facility in Torrelavega, developed between 2001 and 2002. The scope covered foundations design for new process equipment, structural slabs sized for cylinder handling, retention areas, technical pavements, drainage and integration with the existing plant layout. Drawings were produced to construction level, with calculation memos, technical specifications and construction details ready for tender and execution. The hydrogen environment imposed additional requirements on materials, electrical zoning and safety distances that were incorporated into the civil documentation. The project illustrates Locle Studio's capacity to deliver civil engineering documentation for highly technical industrial gas facilities under strict regulatory constraints.
