Description
Comprehensive technical development of an industrial facility in Valencia between 2003 and 2004, integrating architecture, civil works and structural engineering under a single coordinated team. The package included basic and execution projects, structural recalculation of existing elements, full measurements and budget (mediciones y presupuesto), construction details and on-site direction. Civil works covered foundations, slabs and external technical pavements; architecture addressed envelope, internal layout and finishes; and structural recalculation verified the capacity of pre-existing elements before integrating new process equipment. The project illustrates the practice's end-to-end approach to industrial commissions — from regulatory documentation and quantity surveying to construction supervision — within the Spanish Mediterranean industrial fabric.
